Thank you to all our students, parents, and staff members who participated in the DC Math Challenge—special thanks to Ms. Shepherd.
On Saturday, February 24th, more than 90 students from around the DC joined the Math Challenge. All students received a participation certificate, the top 10 students in each grade level received a medal, and the top 3 students in each grade level received additional awards. Students and families were very excited to participate in the challenge, and most participants want to join again next year! Thank you again.

Dress like a famous Black Icon who has inspired you. This can be someone from
the present or past.
2/27: HBCU DAY
Wear HBCU gear or Fraternity and Sorority colors.
2/28: PAN-AFRICAN COLORS
Wear red, green, and/or black to represent the Pan-African Flag Colors.
2/29: BLACK OUT
Wear all black to honor Black history on the last day of the month.
*All dress-down attire must be school-appropriate (skirts/shorts should be to your kneecaps, no holes in jeans, inappropriate logos, etc.)*
