March will be our Month of Reading because one day simply is not enough to celebrate books.
On March 25 we will host a Mystery Reader event and invite family members & friends to surprise our students by reading a short children’s book in their classroom.
Here is the twist. The reader stays a mystery until the very end. Teachers will share three clues before the visit and students will try to guess who the mystery reader might be.
Event Times
PreK
10:00 to 10:30 AM
Kindergarten through Grade 5
1:00 to 1:30 PM
Each class can host up to two mystery readers.
Mystery Reader Guidelines
Please keep your visit a surprise from your child
Arrive about 10 minutes early to check in at the front office
Bring a children’s book that can be read in about 10 minutes
If you need a book, we will gladly provide one
