Dear Harmony DC Families,
We wanted to share some pictures from Mey’s visit during our Wellness Spirit Week. The excitement was high, and it was truly a memorable experience. Students celebrated wellness by sharing how they managed “big emotions,” from mindfully breathing using bubbles to movement and dancing, and making stress balls. A big thank you to the staff for your support with creating a space for the students to celebrate ways we maintain our mental health/wellness.

Dear Families,
We’re excited to let you know that yearbooks were distributed to all students today!
We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to our Yearbook Committee. A very special thank you goes to Ms. Ross for her outstanding dedication; this year’s yearbook wouldn’t have been possible without her!
We hope you and your child enjoy looking back at all the special moments captured in its pages.
Dear Families,
We are excited to share that our recent Career Day was a fantastic success! More than ten professionals from a wide range of fields visited our school to share their experiences, stories, and career journeys with our students.
This year, we were honored to welcome authors, police officers, filmmakers, lawyers, flight attendants, dental assistants, educators, and bakers. Each speaker offered unique insights into their professions, helping our students see the many possibilities that await them in the future.
Our students were fully engaged—asking thoughtful questions, making connections to what they are learning in class, and expressing excitement about discovering new career paths. Events like this help open their minds to future opportunities and inspire them to dream big.
We are so grateful to all the professionals who volunteered their time and to the families who helped make the day a success. Your support continues to enrich our school community in meaningful ways.
